Linda Sue Partridge was born on January 6, 1951 in Broken Bow, OK. She passed from this life on August 7, 2020.
Linda was a lifelong resident of McCurtain County, OK. She appreciated the gift of life and lived it with joy. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Wright City, OK. She enjoyed playing baseball, putting puzzles together, and completing word searches. She loved playing with children, as well, and she could make a connection with them. She was also good at catching crawdads, and she made sure to teach the craft to any child who would give her the time. Her family fondly remembers Linda's popcorn, and she popped the very best old-fashioned stove-top style. She was so full of life that you might even catch her dancing with a nurse at Broken Bow Health & Rehab. Her family acknowledges an angel in her life, Ms. Julie, who was her roommate and took special care of her.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, James Franklin and Ruby Ann Partridge.
She is survived by her brothers, James Franklin Partridge Jr. (wife, Gina) of Valliant, OK, John Glen Partridge (wife, Kerry) of Wright City, OK; a sister, Annie Mae Davis (husband, David) of Wright City, OK; nephews, Timothy Davis (wife, Nora), Brian Davis (wife, Tammy), Joshua Partridge, Matthew Partridge, and Kooper Gooding; nieces, Jessica Partridge, Karis Browne, Daylor Partridge, and Mabrie Partridge; uncle, Minor Goodman; aunt, Wanda Goodman; along with her church family and a host of extended family and friends.
To know Linda was to love her, and she will be missed.
A public viewing will be held from 9:00 AM until 8:00 PM on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 in the Funeral Home Stateroom.
Family and friends are invited to come by, sign the book, and pay final respects.
