Justin “Miko” Anna, 35, of Wright City, passed from this life February 24, 2020 at the McCurtain Memorial Hospital, Idabel, OK. Miko was born September 17, 1984, in Ada, OK, to Clayton Wilson and Rita Kay (Williams) Anna.
Miko was a member of the El Bethel Baptist Church in Broken Bow and had lived in McCurtain County all his life. Miko enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping. He loved coaching his son, JC, and his friends in baseball. Miko could always be found wrestling around and spending time with his son.
Miko was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Hampton Williams and Francis Ott; paternal grandparents, Solomon Anna, Sr. and Sarah Lewis Anna; uncle, Kenneth Roy Loma; along with numerous other relatives.
Miko leaves to cherish his memory, his parents, Clayton Anna and Rita Anna, both of Wright City; son, Justin (JC) Cornelius, of Wright City, Roman Gabriel Anna, of Wright City; sisters, Shy’Ann Anna, of Idabel, and Marinda and Damon Taylor, of Broken Bow; nieces and nephews, whom called him "Moshi Miko," Chana Anna, of Valliant, and Mikaela Willis, of Idabel, Aadin Taylor and Gage Taylor, both of Broken Bow; several aunts, uncles, and cousins, and other relatives too numerous to mention; along with many friends from many different places.
A Celebration of Life Service will be Saturday, February 29, 2020, 2:00PM at the Brumley Funeral Home Chapel with Woody Godbey officiating and Luke Battiest assisting. Pallbearers will include Rodney Anna, Jeremiah Anna, Gary Battiest, Daniel Battiest, Darnell Duckett, Micah Duckett, Derek Willis, and Dewayne Anna.
A Wake Service will be Friday, February 28, 2020 from 6:00-8:00PM also at Brumley Funeral Home.
